Dear Dad,

I want to take a moment to say thank you—for everything. Words will never fully capture how much I appreciate you, but I’ll try my best.

From as far back as I can remember, you’ve been my rock. Your strength, guidance, and sacrifices have shaped me into the person I am today. You’ve shown me what it means to work hard, to stand tall in the face of challenges, and to always keep pushing forward, no matter what. Even when I didn’t realize it, you were always there, making sure I had what I needed and teaching me lessons that would stick with me for life.

Beyond all that, Dad, I’m grateful for the little moments—the conversations, the laughter, the times you stood by my side without saying a word but somehow made everything feel okay. Those moments mean more than you know.

I hope you know how much I love and appreciate you. I don’t say it enough, but I truly thank God every day for having a father like you. Your impact on my life is something I’ll always carry with me, and I only hope I can live up to the example you’ve set.

Today, as I take this next step in my life, I can't help but think back to the moments when I was just a baby, wrapped in your arms. Though you aren't here to see this day, I know you are watching over me with love and pride. You were my first protector, my first teacher, and the first man who ever showed me what unconditional love really meant. Even though I don’t have you here beside me today, the lessons you taught me, the strength you gave me, and the love you showed will stay with me forever. Thank you for being the amazing father who laid the foundation of my life, and for being the example of what a true, loving man should be.
